Community Builder
Paul Dinkins
Paul is passionate about helping our local community thrive in all aspects of life. He has lived in New Town since December of 2007. In September of 2022, he started The Commons as a place for the community to share workspace, hold meetings, and put on events.
He jumped at the opportunity to fold New Town Fitness into The Commons brand and transform it into another way to build a local "ecosystem" for community members to improve their physical, social, and spiritual well-being. ​

Co-Fitness Manager - ZenFit Instructor
Stephanie Lombardo
Stephanie's began taking yoga in 2008. She has tried every yoga, yoga fusion and hot yoga class she could find. Her body and mind just love them all!
She finally decided to become a Barre instructor after a favorite teacher of relocated and followed it up with becoming a Les Mills certified BodyFlow instructor. COVID put a damper on her first couple years of being an instructor but she is thrilled to finally be teaching classes and co-managing at the Commons Fitness Center! She hopes you’ll join her for a class soon.

Co-Fitness Manager - Zumba Instructor
Danielle Steinberg
Danielle is our outgoing and energetic Zumba instructor! She started her career in Zumba much the same way you may find yourself in class, as a student. Over the course of many years and lots of hard work she has lost and maintained an over 170 pound weight loss! She accredits that to, in part, finding fitness that she LOVES! She has been teaching Zumba for 8 years. Her classes are tailored for ALL BODIES as she has first hand knowledge of the challenges and limitations we all can have.
She has stepped into the role as Co-Fitness Manager here at Commons to help out with the gym’s daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Her goal is to create a welcoming fitness space where everyone feels empowered to reach their goals!

Jeannie is the dedicated Community Manager at The Commons, ensuring that everything runs smoothly across our shared offices, event spaces, and business operations. Whether it’s coordinating events, managing daily logistics, or assisting with any community needs, she’s always ready to help. If you have questions—big or small—Jeannie is your go-to person for answers and support. Her commitment to creating a welcoming and well-organized space makes The Commons a great place to work, gather, and grow.

Wellness Coach
Cindy Jackson
I’m Cindy Jackson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Healthcare Leader turned Integrative Health and WellBeing Coach. I have experience working in physician offices, behavioral health clinics and large healthcare organizations. I’ve seen first hand the frustrations and limitations of the conventional healthcare system. This led me to return to school for a certification in Health and Wellness Coaching from Duke’s Integrative School of Medicine.
I am privileged to support The Commons in their Health and Wellbeing initiatives. I lead educational seminars and workshops, meet with individuals who wish to utilize the
3D body scanner, Styku and help folks with personalized wellness plans, creating holistic health.
I’m on a mission to help individuals create the healthiest version of themselves. My goal is to support you in pursuing your vision of wellness by implementing sustainable changes that leave you feeling fulfilled and empowered. Together, we can work towards stepping into the best version of yourself.

Instructor - Yoga
Vanessa Strege
Vanessa discovered yoga as a teenager following her first back surgery, finding it instrumental in healing and regaining strength for dance, softball, and basketball. Her connection to yoga deepened after a second surgery in her 20s.
While a student of yoga, Vanessa transitioned into teaching, establishing a Yoga Club during her time as a high school English teacher. Her pursuit of yoga has taken her to 21 countries, including Belize and Indonesia, where she expanded her practice and knowledge. She completed Yoga Teacher Training in 2022.
Vanessa is passionate about guiding others to discover their inner strength. For her, yoga embodies self-love, mindfulness, and service. It is a commitment to self-care, self-awareness, and growth, fostering peace and focus.
Vanessa's focus includes Basic, Prenatal/Postnatal, and Kids yoga. She creates inclusive classes that encourage self-discovery, emphasizing breath and body connection. Her classes offer opportunities for challenging, playful, and restorative practices, welcoming individuals of all levels.

Kettlebell Instructor
Ryan Talbert
Ryan is a StrongFirst SFG I kettlebell instructor (certified 2020-2024), and started running his own classes in 2018. Since then, he's trained adults of any age or starting point in their fitness journey. He believes strength is a skill that everyone can learn. His classes are fun, varied and he will teach you how to move better and build a foundation of strength for anything you want to do with your life.

With my primary focus on strength training, muscle building and supplementation my goal is to educate, coach and instruct utilizing the AI controlled cable resistance equipment from QuickHIT Fitness.

Sandy Tricamo
I am an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT) thru Yoga Alliance, International & a Registered Yoga Therapist thru Yoga Alliance international. I have been teaching yoga for over 22 years.
I am a graduate from the University of Missouri, STL with a Master’s Degree in Communication.
My love for yoga arrived after I lost my job with Department of Defense, US Army, when my job moved to Huntsville, AL. Our youngest son was a junior in High School & knew a move would not be in his best interest. So
yoga seemed to be the nurturing and best remedy for this situation.
I started teaching for St. Louis Community College as an Adjunct Professor, also taught for the Jewish Community Center, and currently I teach for RGA, Chrsterfield, MO. I also work with interns at RGA to introduce yoga wellness into their lives.
My passion for yoga, introducing peace and strength to yogis and yoginis is what important to me. I embrace the rewards of practicing and want to share this with my students!

Noelle Casaine
Noelle is a Momma of two kiddos, a dog, work full time as an account executive and the owner of Anique Design Flowers. Without having enough on her plate (ha ha) she realized she was putting herself last and it was taking a toll on her health. And that’s where she fell in love with strength training and everything changed in the best way!
She began attending lifting and HIIT classes and realized that she too can lead a class! She wanted share her passion for lifting and helping others build healthier habits by teaching strength training classes. She is a certified National Academy for Sports Medicine certified Fitness instructor and fitness enthusiast.

While still juggling a full life, she now see how much fuller life can be with fitness and strength training. She wants that to be possible for everyone and them to know it is possible through fitness classes!

Instructor & Personal Trainer - Motivation Maestro
Adam Finke
Adam works with clients from 18 to 85. He enjoys training seniors and those with disabilities. He offers small group training, boot camp classes, and stretching. He enjoys teaching form to new gym members. It is never to late to start your fitness journey and Adam can get you there!

Instructor - Yoga
Judi Hume
After years of taking and enjoying yoga classes, Judi‘s teaching journey was actually first discovered by others. Her fellow students and instructor could just see her love of it. “You could teach this they’d say”… so she did… and now, nearly 12 years later, Judi has an E-RYT 200, an RYT 500 and a YACEP as certifications. Plus over 23 specialized yoga certifications … what does this mean?
It means you should expect just about anything in class!
Whether that is more of a traditional Hatha yoga class, one designed specifically to work and explore certain areas of the body, or one using “props” chosen for the day, you can expect a well rounded, fully explorative class.
No matter what level you are at, come and explore, play, challenge and let go.

Instructor - Mind and Muscle Maestro
Kay Moody Losciuto
Kay Losciuto is a 5th degree black belt with 50 years of Okinawan karate experience, and has also been certified in Power Point Control Tactic's (PPCT) Women's self-defense program. PPCT was the largest use-of-force training company in the US.
Kay is also Reiki practitioner and is certified to teach the University of Massachusetts Medical School Center for Mindfulness program. MBSR is the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program that was initiated in 1979 for chronic pain patients.
Kay has a chemistry background, and after 25 years working in human pharmaceuticals, has recently retired from her position as Director of CMC Regulatory Affairs at Virbac Animal Health.

Personal Trainer
Preston Steinhoff
Preston brings a unique experience to the Commons Fitness Center as a Physical Education Teacher in South County St. Louis. He has taught weight training and body conditioning classes, as well as coached high school football, basketball and baseball. Preston has been a member of the fitness center for the past 5 years and is excited to help others enjoy the benefits of exercise that he brings not only to himself, but to his students as well.
