Body conditioning mix of Pilates, Yoga, and Tai Chi
Service Description
ZenStretch is a body conditioning routine that focuses on strengthening and mobilizing the body, especially the core, hips, spine, and abdominals through a mix of Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates. Class sections will include balance, standing strength, hip mobility, core strength and spinal twists. We will end with a brief moment of guided meditation to leave you feeling strong, calm, and balanced. This class offers you autonomy in your practice. Options will be given to increase or decrease the intensity of movements. Please bring a yoga mat and any other equipment that makes you comfortable such as yoga blocks or bands.
