Join us for an energizing strength workout designed to target all major muscle groups. This class is perfect for all fitness levels, as weights and body resistance can be adjusted to suit your individual needs. No equipment needed! Feel free to bring your own mat or dumbbells if you prefer. What to expect: Full-body workout: We'll incorporate a variety of exercises to engage your entire body, including squats, lunges, rows, bicep curls, and more. Increased strength and mobility: Resistance equipment provides a challenging way to build muscle, improve your range of motion and ability to do more in your everyday lives. Fun and engaging atmosphere: Noelle will keep you motivated and engaged throughout the class with curated music & unique programming.
