Service Description
This consultation starts with your fitness goals and delves into your exercise background and any constraints. A unique workout plan based on the FITT Principle will be created for you to follow. Of course, choice and preference are taken into consideration. Workout plans can last anywhere from 6-16 weeks depending on workout type and fitness level. Follow up session will be discussed and scheduled during this session. We have two experienced trainers to choose from, Preston Steinhoff and Cindy Jackson.
