Service Description
Welcome to the start of something big! This 1-hour session is our required 'onboarding' for all personal training clients to ensure your journey is safe, personalized, and effective. You will work one-on-one with our lead trainer, Evan Green, to build your fitness foundation. This session includes: High-Tech 3D Body Scanning: Using our Styku technology to see exactly where you are starting. Functional Movement Testing: A professional assessment of how your body moves to prevent injury. Goal Mapping & Coaching: A deep dive into your specific needs and a plan to reach them. Schedule Setup: Getting your subsequent 1-on-1 sessions on the calendar. We believe in building a solid foundation before we start, and it all begins here. Want to learn more about your coach? Class Policy
Your progress is our priority, and that requires consistency. To respect the time of our trainers and other members, we enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations/Rescheduling: Any changes to your appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee ($50). No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited and charged in full. Emergency Clause: We understand that life happens! Please contact Evan or the gym directly as soon as possible if an emergency arises.
