Master the Kettlebell: Build Strength and Confidence. Join instructor Ryan for a 45-minute kettlebell class designed to teach you the foundational movements for a full-body workout. We'll begin with a thorough overview of the kettlebell and a strong focus on correct technique to ensure a safe and effective training experience. The heart of the class will center around the swing, squat, and press – key exercises that build power and stability. Ryan will guide the group and circulate to offer tailored instruction and feedback to meet individual needs. Each session will conclude with a beneficial cool-down and stretching routine.

Commitment to the 8-Week Program: This kettlebell class runs for a consecutive 8-week period. Your payment reserves your spot for the entire program. To maintain the flow and progression of the class for all participants, we are unable to offer refunds or make-up sessions for any missed classes.
