Service Description
Experience postures and breathing at a basic level that's accessible to all. Strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, become more mindful, cultivate peace, while finding focus to connect your own body and mind in a fun and enjoyable way. If you have limitations, feel free to share with the instructor for personalized variations that are safe and appropriate. Feel free to bring a yoga mat or blocks. They are also available at the gym for you to use as well. Please bring water to remain hydrated during your workout,
