This is the first time we’ve ever run this comprehensive, 8-week challenge, and we're thrilled to build this community of total transformers! That’s why we’re launching the Transform 2026 Challenge—your structured, supported, and most effective path to a true body and lifestyle transformation.


This isn't just another diet and exercise program; it's a dedicated journey to building a stronger body and a healthier mindset. Here’s everything you need to know and why you absolutely can't afford to miss out.

    • The Transformation Roadmap: You will walk away with a clear understanding of the road map for the entire challenge period, including what to focus on week-by-week to avoid plateaus and maintain momentum.. We give you the tools to create habits that last long after the challenge ends.

We want your success to be non-negotiable. Every challenger receives dedicated, personalized attention with Coach Cindy:

  • Personalized Consultation: Each participant will be able to plan a one-on-one consultation with Cindy Jackson for an in-depth review of your goals.

  • Tailored Advice: Whether your focus is fine-tuning your nutrition plan (macros, meal timing) or optimizing your workout structure, Cindy will provide advice tailored specifically to your body and your unique starting point. This ensures you are working smarter, not just harder.

  • Team Spirit: Our gym is more than equipment; it's a family. You'll be part of a private online community through our Fit by Wix app where you can share tips, celebrate small wins, and get daily encouragement.

Prizes and Recognition


We are giving away $500 to the Total Transformer plus $100 for multiple category winners!


Prizes are designed to recognize overall transformation, specific physical achievements, and community support.


  • Overall Challenge Winner (Total Transformer): $500 Cash Prize (Based on point system: Fat loss, muscle gain, participation, consistency, and engagement).


  • Muscle Mass Increase (Percentage): $100 each for Top Male, Female, and Senior.


  • Fat Loss (Percentage): $100 each for Top Male, Female, and Senior.


  • Top Contributor Award: $100 (Based on community engagement and weekly posting).


  • Step Challenge Winner: $100 for the top stepper.


  • Plus: Additional prizes, giveaways, and swag throughout the 8 weeks!
