Join us for Vinyasa & Vino, a premium evening of movement and community hosted at the stunning Shire Lane Estate. Moving from the gym to the farm, this event offers an exclusive opportunity to practice on a private 5-acre estate, surrounded by rolling landscapes and the rustic charm of the historic barn.
Led by Vanessa Strege, this one-hour Vinyasa yoga class is designed to help you ground yourself and find your flow in the fresh open air.
The Experience:
The Flow: A 60-minute all-levels yoga session on the beautiful estate grounds.
The Social: After class, "wine down" with a complimentary glass of wine and a curated selection of artisanal cheese and crackers.
