Join us for a free Fall Risk Assessment designed for older adults.Our licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Mitch, will guide you through evidence-based tests that measure your balance, stability, and mobility:
Berg Balance Test – a 14-item test of daily movement tasks like standing, reaching, and turning.
Timed Up and Go (TUG) Test – an additional assessment for more active participants, measuring walking speed, safety, and dynamic balance.
These screenings provide valuable insight into your fall risk and offer a baseline to track progress over time.
